I want to listen to music. How do I start?
To start listening to music on neumus, you first need to signup for an account. Once you have your account, find the songs you want to listen to and click the "BUY" link. This will add the song to your cart. Once you have all the songs you want to buy in your cart, go to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout." This page will ask you for your billing information. Click "buy these songs" on this page, and you're done. You can then stream or download the songs by going to the artists page or the members area. If you need help with the process explained above, please contact support.

How do I listen to mp3's?
To listen to mp3s, all you need is a computer and a piece of software to play mp3s. We recommend winamp for windows pc's, iTunes for Macintosh and XMMS for Linux. Other players should work as well. Find one you like.

A song I downloaded suddenly cuts off. What's up?
Chances are the song did not download completely. The first thing to try would be to re-download the song. neumus allows you to download a song you own an unlimited amount of times. If this does not work, please email support and we will look into your query.

When I try to download a song, it says I am not logged in. What does this mean?
It simply means that your session has expired. You can login by going here and entering your username and password.

Why are there additional fees when I buy some songs?
For small orders totaling less than $5.00, we charge an additional fee. The fee is 3% of the sub-total plus $.30. If your order is less then $1.00 after these fees are applied, your order is rounded up to $1.00, as this is the minimum amount we can charge your card for. You are charged this fee because it costs us money to accept credit cards and we cannot offset the cost of accepting your card on small orders. Without this fee, we would have to force all orders to be greater than $5.00. This fee is here for your convenience. It allows you to only buy a song or two if that is all you want.

How do I know I will like a song?
All songs that you purchase through neumus come with a 30 second sample to give you an idea of what you're going to buy.
