Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to return songs only if they are damaged. A damage song includes one that has unintentional hissing, buzzing, popping or other noises. In the event that you need to return a song, just contact support. Let support now the artist and, if applicable, album of the song you downloaded. Before requesting a return, please re-download the song and listen for errors on the second copy. Occasionally your browser may improperly download a file and re-downloading a song should remedy this.
